The location is fantastic with an MRT station just across the street. Convenience stores and various food options are also very close. I liked the rooftop pool. It provided a lovely way to relax after exploring (a perfect end to the day!). The laundry facilities with several machines were useful .

The furniture seemed a bit dated. I noticed that the sofa showed some wear and tear, which detracted slightly from the overall impression.

the rooftop pool was beautiful and a welcome treat after sightseeing. i also found the location great as it was across from the subway entry!!!

Mixed Experience, Some Issues Present

firm bedslow service

The bed was way too firm. I asked for a mattress topper, and it didn't help much. The room wasn't ready when I arrived at the time of check in. The staffs were difficult to understand, and it felt they couldn't understand me too. It was frustrating.
